This young lady had suffered several personal incidents in her life that precluded the ability to be able to salvage and restore her front teeth.  Unfortunately, finances were not favorable for doing fixed bridgework or implants (the optimal choice for replacing teeth).

Her choice was limited to partial denture reconstruction.  As you can see in above photos, one custom crafted partial provided the patient with a new smile and confidence to be able to return to a normal life.
